Mr. Hall is a certified ARIAS-U.S. arbitrator and umpire with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Prior to forming his individual arbitration practice, Bob held senior executive officer positions with several insurance and reinsurance companies; where he obtained extensive business and legal expertise in primary insurance, excess and surplus lines, reinsurance, agents, brokers and intermediaries. As a lawyer, his practice has included a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters in the insurance and reinsurance field. Mr. Hall has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and several state legislatures.

Mr. Hall is an experienced insurance and reinsurance lawyer and expert witness and has testified before arbitration panels as well as state and federal courts. His expertise includes technical issues, custom and practice and the broad precepts upon which the insurance industry is based.

Mr. Hall has been appointed in close to 200 insurance and reinsurance arbitrations. In addition to being a lawyer, he has formal training in mediation from the Pepperdine School of Law's prestigious Institute for Dispute Resolution.
